The first word that comes to mind related to Marcin is a professional. Besides his huge product management knowledge, he is really engaged in his work, proactive with brilliant ideas, and ready to help. If he commits to do something, you can be sure that it will be delivered. I have also observed him as a really good mentor for junior and regular Product Managers.
